This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and modifications for bookings made through PerPassenger. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms stated below.
General Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.
- Cancellation charges vary depending on airlines, hotels, and third-party service providers.
- Some bookings may be completely non-refundable depending on supplier terms.
Flight Cancellation
- Flight cancellations are subject to airline rules and fare conditions.
- Low-cost airline tickets are usually non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after airline approval.
- PerPassenger service fees are non-refundable.
Hotel Cancellation
- Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate plan.
- Refunds may not be applicable for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- Early check-out may not be eligible for refunds.
Holiday Packages Cancellation
Cancellation charges for tour packages may apply as per the timeline below (may vary by supplier):
- 30+ days before travel: Low or minimal cancellation charges
- 15–30 days before travel: Partial cancellation charges
- 0–15 days before travel: High cancellation charges or no refund
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after receiving funds from the respective service providers.
- Refund timelines may range between 7 to 30 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless stated otherwise.
Non-Refundable Components
- Service fees, processing charges, and convenience fees
- Visa fees, insurance, and add-on services
- Special promotional or discounted bookings
Amendments & Rescheduling
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and supplier approval.
- Amendment charges may apply in addition to fare differences.
- Last-minute changes may not be possible.
No Show Policy
Failure to utilize booked services without prior cancellation will be treated as a “No Show” and no refund will be applicable.
Force Majeure
No refunds shall be provided for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or unforeseen disruptions. However, we will try to assist with rescheduling where possible.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Any disputes or chargebacks raised without prior communication may lead to suspension of services. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team for resolution before initiating disputes.
